贈人玫瑰，手留余香—— 鋼諾“愛心捐書”授獎儀式圓滿舉行

贈人玫瑰，手留余香！為進一步豐富鋼諾員工的精神生活，提升員工的文學(xué)水平，營造健康積極向上的企業(yè)文化氛圍，近日，鋼諾公司組織開展的“愛心捐書”活動，得到廣大員工的積極響應(yīng)，大家慷慨捐贈，將自己喜愛、有意義的書籍獻給公司，積極加入到鋼諾圖書室的建設(shè)中來。目前，共接收到47名員工捐贈的書籍266本，愛心接力還在繼續(xù)，參與捐書行動的人員還在增加。

At present, a total of 266 books donated by 47 employees have been received.

頒獎儀式結(jié)束后，鋼諾新材料股份有限公司董事長馮紅喜致辭，馮總肯定了此次捐書的意義和成果，并對大家踴躍參與此次捐書活動表示感謝，馮總表示，為提升企業(yè)讀書氛圍，打造學(xué)習(xí)型團隊，構(gòu)建特色的書香文化，公司特開辦了圖書閱覽室，供大家免費使用，相信只要用心去品讀，都會享受到知識給大家?guī)淼目鞓罚瑫r在一定程度上提升自己解決問題的能力，工作起來更得心應(yīng)手，為公司創(chuàng)造價值的同時自己收入也能得到提升。

書籍是文化的載體，讀書是承繼文化的重要途徑，可以讓人得到智慧啟發(fā)。據(jù)了解，為了活躍廣大鋼諾員工的讀書氛圍，鋼諾圖書室的建設(shè)除了組織員工捐贈書籍，還于近日開展了“你選書，我來買”的活動，大家可以通過線上征集活動，選擇自己喜歡的書籍并上報給公司，由公司統(tǒng)一組織購買，讓員工在書籍借閱上有更多的選擇權(quán)，更充分地滿足員工的閱讀需求，提高圖書的利用率，提升圖書室的服務(wù)效能。
